This condo was spotless, well-stocked, and close to the main pool, with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend staying in this condo! The owner was also quick to respond to any questions that I had.

By far the best condo we have ever stayed in. It offers so many extras that you are able to pack less beach accessories which makes for a stress free vacation. The resort itself was very enjoyable by all and the location to the amenities was the closes of all the towers. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

Last minute I decided to take my children ages 21 and 16 to Pensacola. We had other family staying there and we wanted to see the Blue Angels! After looking and looking, I found this condo and it was just as described in the pictures. The unit was very clean and nice! It was stocked with what you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and even had extra items. We did not need it but they had a closet full of items for the beach you may have forgotten - chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Malinda was amazing to work with! No one was in the unit before we got there so she was able to get us an early check in. We had 1 fan not working when we arrived and she right away had maintenance come and attend to it for us. She was very quick to respond for any needs or questions we had. I would definitely recommend this unit and would definitely stay in this condo again. :)

Great family vacation

This spot is perfection! Everything was perfect for our family. Our teen daughter loved having the room overlooking the gulf. Our son loved that his bed folded into a beautiful piece of furniture. The walk to the beach was so easy and the host supplies just about anything you could possibly need. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Great trip, Amazing host!

Condo is beautiful and clean. The water heater broke after we checked in and the host was super quick to fix the issue! She had a new water heater installed the next day! The host also provides a lot of items for the beach! My husband and I were amazed at how easy it would be to just fly down here with our boys and not have to pack a car full of beach stuff. She makes it so easy to enjoy your vacation with how much she provides to the renter!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. It was in a great location and had an easy route to the beach. The condo was completely stocked with everything you need for the beach as far as wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of things for the kids. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful place

Wonderful condo with an even better balcony and view. Owner has all the beach chairs,etc that you need. Only issue was with the property manager - they turned off the key card an hour before our check out. Which was a slight issue when we got back from our last beach walk. Also, there were extra charges from them for a check-in fee and a daily amenity fee that wasn’t expected.

Great Amenties/Poor Water Pressure

The stay was nice and as advertised. Amenities and items within the unit (from coffee to swim floaties) were super helpful. The only issue was the poor water pressure. It took around 30-40 minutes to really fill either bathtub and showering was pretty much out of the question because of the poor drip. It might not seem like that big of an issue, but at the price we paid for just four nights, we were sort of hoping for no issues.

Saving this listing for future trips!

My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend for a last minute babymoon. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked that they provided a few basics in the pantry and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. Very easy check in and check out process. We will be returning for future trips!

Amazing

This is the most beautiful/ best condo and resort I’ve stayed at. Literally everything is perfect. You really don’t have to worry about buying or bringing much with you it’s all there for you to use already. The portofino beach resort is beautiful and the best place to stay in the area. The beach is not crowded and so beautiful. I was so pleased when I walked in it’s decorated so nice. The whole experience was great and I can’t wait to come back. The host Malinda was very nice and answered all questions ahead of time and was prompt with info. I don’t think we could have had a better vacation or time anywhere else. This was a spring spring break trip for my family and we didn’t want to leave.

An Incredible Stay!

Absolutely amazing stay at Portofino Resort in Pensacola Beach! The condo was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The views were breathtaking, and the resort amenities made our stay even more special. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, offering helpful recommendations and making us feel truly welcome. We also loved the 11:00 checkout time, which gave us a little extra relaxation before heading home. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Exactly as described!

Our place was exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating & helped us even prior to our arrival. It was located closest to the life center, which was fun to use the gym, eat at the restaurant, swim & find Starbucks coffee! Highly recommend staying here! We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful view!

Condo was clean and supplied very well. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Conveniently located. Beach was just across the street and many nice restaurants to choose from. The view of the gulf was quite pretty.

A great experience, wonderful communication!! looking forward to booking another trip in this condo. It was very clean, beautiful view. Great place to bring your children. Very comfortable beds views were incredible. Very well supplied.
