The condo itself was clean and offered great views, which we really appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues during our stay.The refrigerator did not work upon arrival, although a mini fridge was provided as a temporary solution. A full-size replacement was scheduled for delivery during our stay, but unfortunately it was also defective. The kitchen sink was backed up and had a strong odor, and it took several days and multiple visits to resolve the issue. When the plumber came, the property manager was not present, so we had to adjust our schedule to let them in.Additionally, the pool was closed for three days without any prior notice, which was frustrating since that was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. The elevator is located on the same wall as the bedroom, making it quite loud and difficult to sleep.What we had hoped would be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful experience. While we understand that issues can arise, better communication and coordination would have made a big difference. Considering the ongoing inconveniences, we would have expected some form of compensation, but none was offered. Unfortunately, we left feeling mostly dissatisfied with the rental company, despite the condo itself having some positive features.
