This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). The kids and I loved swimming while my husband could watch and wave from the balcony. It was quiet in mid-September; we hardly saw anyone. The host was kind and flexible, and we enjoyed the board games. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and Tupperware, which made beach picnics easy. Laundry was handy, though we wished for more detergent and trash bags. Bonus: a slight bay view from the top balcony. My husband wished for a king bed since our 3-year-old still climbs in, and the upstairs runs warmer, but keeping the A/C at 69–71 worked fine. Bikes are adult-sized only, so not for small kids, but the fridge with filtered water and ice was great.Local favorites: Lagunas (fun for kids), Peg Leg Pete’s (seafood), Bamboo Willie’s free public beach area (calmer water, snorkeling, safer swimming), and The Local market (great lattes).Pro tips: Decide on late checkout the night before when the email comes—it expires by morning. Bring your own spices; the pantry is bare. (No salt/pepper). We’d definitely return!

Great place. Needs improvement and HOA to check parking.

Place is great.Only a few complaints; bed mattresses are TERRIBLE, they MUST be upgraded, we could not even get a single good nights sleep on them. Second complaint, during our stay the split townhouse neighbors staying beside us parked in OUR garage parking area spot and the neighbors had 4 to 5 vehicles parked at residence. Upstairs, the air conditioning is not the best.. and seems as though owners know this. Round fans are thoughout upstairs rooms.

Great stay

Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon

Perfect location

Stayed for soaking up the sun on the beach. Was perfect. Has all the beach necessities in the garage chairs, coolers, and wagons. Love the pool, but best is the short walk to paradise. Also has beach cruiser bikes road the. Down to get ice cream one day. Loved the cute house, the three. Bathrooms are perfect when you have three people getting ready

Lovely Location And Amenities

Lovely vacation home just the right size for me and my 4 kids to relax and enjoy the beaches. Fridge with water and ice dispenser. Oven and washer and dryer allowed us to wash and dry our swimsuits after a day at the beach. Likely to book again in the future.Likely to book again drddryer made

We had a wonderful stay!!! The property was perfect for what we wanted, just a quick, quiet get away with my family! Perfect location and super clean property! We definitely want to book this property again for our next visit to Pensacola Beach!

Weekend trip

My husband and I stayed at this property for the weekend. We were in Pensacola for a friends wedding. This townhouse was very spacious. Extremely clean. We were even surprised how clean the grill was because most of the time you can’t use the grill that are at these rentals. It was nicely decorated and an excellent stocked kitchen. Very close walk to the beach. I would recommend renting this townhouse.

Drei erholsame Tage am Traumstrand

Alle Räume waren super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran. Es war ein Vergnügen, morgens im Pool ein paar Runden zu drehen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Nice unit/ False advertising

Unit clean and nice, but false advertising on listing as nothing saying pool would be closed. Vacasa no help, No local agent to contact etc. I chose the unit based on VBRO listing of photos which showed a lovely pool and nice unit. the pool was empty except for a few feet of green . I chose the unit for the pool and its proximity to the unit. I feel I am due a refund of $40 per night as I would have picked a different rental.

Great Condo

The condo and updates are nice. The place was clean and comfortable. We had no hot water. We arrived Saturday and left Monday and despite the attempts to correct, it didn’t happen. Between the communication and response lag time, the problem wasn’t corrected. We weren’t able to have a hot shower. We liked the location and how quiet it was. Florida is having a cold snap so it was nice to be comfortable indoors. I asked for a 10% refund for the inconvenience, but only received 5.

Ups and downs

Condo was musty on arrival, with open doors and windows helped. However lows 50s temps. Thermostat is horrible, night lows were 30s, one night the unit was set at 62! And couldn’t be changed. There were three different set of instructions, on refer, in app, condo specific. What to follow? Location was good, short walk to beach. However this unit faces a very busy two lane road. Patio door blocked most but not all noise.

Nice place to stay

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Man hatte viel Platz, die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Beach Sachen waren klasse. Der Grill sah sauber aus- leider hatten wir keine Zeit ihn zu nutzen- beim nächsten Mal!leider könnten wir den Pool nich nutzen, dieser war während unseres Aufenthalts leer. Das war Schade! Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen- immer gerne wieder!!

Nice and convenient

We booked this condo for a quick 2 night stay. It was conveniently located right next to the pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The place was clean and provided what we needed. My only suggestion would be to replace the shower curtains more often. The one in the primary bath was starting to mold. Also, the condo had a strange smell when we got there. It's hard to describe, but the best I can come up with is stale bleach. Once we had been going in and out of the condo enough the smell started to dissipate, or we were just used to it.
