This was our second stay at this condo. It is right on the beach and has a balcony for those who prefer to stay more at the condo. It’s past the main strip which helps give it a quieter, less crowded feel while being a quick drive to park and walk around the stores and restaurants.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4 adults. The separate beds in the guest room were a great set up & comfortable. The king size bed in the master was comfortable as well. A welcome tray of goodies & water upon arrival was a hit! Beautiful & direct view of the beach. The condo is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. Super convenient & easy access to the boardwalk. Well stocked with plenty dish soap, tp, linens, etc which was very helpful & appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the furnishings are comfortable, and the house was very clean. I think the home could use a few more details, such as a few things in the kitchen--especially salt and pepper. There was no printed guide to the area or any books or games that we could find. I'm guessing this home is actually new to being a vacation rental, which is rather nice, actually. It was very comfortable for us, and as mentioned, the location on the beach is amazing. The water is just gorgeous, the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Cozy place right on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had amazing views of the beach. We definitely hope to get a chance to stay again!

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.

Had a wonderful time from the beach to sitting around on the balcony watching the waves. Great restaurants close by. Also love that it's pet friendly.

Awesome spot on the beach!

Very clean and pleasant stay at this condo with gulf view! We loved having coffee on the porch while watching the sting rays dance on the waves!

Perfect beach condo!

Loved staying here. Perfect for our little group. Loved waking up to the beautiful views. Spent our days on the beach. Then took the trolley over to all the restaurants at night.

Perfect Spot in Pensacola

This condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the view of the ocean everyday and the awesome beach access! Condo had everything we needed! Beds and linens were so comfortable! Highly recommend this one! Perfect for couple or family!
