Dos habitaciones con buhardilla para dormir - Capacidad para 10 personas en la bahía de Pensacola, a pasos del Golfo de México

Esta espaciosa casa unifamiliar con ascensor tendrá capacidad para 10 personas. Es perfecto para una gran familia o dos parejas.
La cocina del piso principal, medio baño, comedor y sala de estar tiene vista al patio de San Deluna y la bahía de Pensacola. El sofá es una cama doble para dos personas.
El segundo piso tiene dos dormitorios completos, cada uno con un baño en suite. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y excelentes vistas al agua de la bahía. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo.
Solo un piso más arriba y estás en el desván. Es el lugar perfecto para los miembros más jóvenes del grupo. El loft contiene dos futones que se convierten en camas completas. Un televisor hace que esta área sea cómoda y agradable.

La terraza trasera es un excelente lugar para almorzar, cenar o simplemente para relajarse y disfrutar de un cóctel. La terraza tiene vistas a la bahía de Pensacola, el patio que incluye la piscina, las canchas de tenis y la zona de barbacoa.

Great Location

We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach. We love the easy access to the Gulf and being steps away from the sound. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. We had a great time and would come back.

Great spot for family getaway.

Property was in a great location. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of beds and places to sleep without overcrowding. Kitchen and fridge were spacious enough. Convenient parking underneath condo which kept vehicles cool. Easy check-in and check-out. Manager provided us with lots of information and answered all questions.

Great location with beautiful beach views. But, poor quality furnishings , kitchen dishes/glasses, and pillows /mattresses. I expected a much nicer condo for the price .

Fantastic!!

My family stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The condo is spotless and right on the bay. Two minute walk to the beach and located close to stores. Owner is amazing and responds quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Mardi Gras get away

We wanted to get away from the Mardi Gras crowd in Louisiana for a change and lo and behold ran right into the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras parade. Not really a bad thing except for the unexpected traffic and the fact that these folks managed to drink all the draft beer on the island (again not necessarily a bad thing). All together it was a great stay and we were glad to be back at San de Luna.

Family Vacay

This was one of our favorite locations for our family vacation! The house was great and the location was pure perfection! The gulf was across the street which was NEVER busy to cross. The private beach at the bay was nothing short of AMAZING and was literally steps away. The pool, tennis courts, and bbq pit was also just steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this place.

What a great relaxing location

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location of the condo. We have small children so access to the bay side was perfect for them. Only complaint is the condo could have been cleaned a little better. The floor was so gross. Hadn’t been swept or mopped. I did tell the property manager after we checked out and they apologize! Told us we could have requested it to be cleaned. Communication was great!!

Great location, great views, very peaceful. The place however could use some TLC, mostly in the bathrooms. Also had issues with outlets not working. Overall didn't feel very clean. Attention to detail would go a long way.

Family Vacay

We thought the property was beautiful and well kept. The only thing that completely threw us off was the second flight of stairs to the loft and all the main bedrooms were on the second floor . The description only showed one flight of winding stairs on the site, it was three! If we knew we had to climb up and down that many stairs , we would of booked elsewhere.We did converse with the property representative and asked if we could move to another condo, but since it was a holiday week, nothing was available.We also noticed that the property wasn’t well lit at night and not very handicapped accessible!

It doesn't really sleep 10

Our biggest complaint is the number of people it sleeps. I would say 6-7 AT THE MOST. The pull out couch is not made up; very dirty cover on the pull out. Didn't even want to use it, so we squeezed two more on the loft floor. It has two small futons 🤐

Laid Back, Great Place

Great location, very easy access to the beach and the bay. The sunset is spectacular off the back porch! The condo was nice, has everything you need for a great trip. For those who drink coffee, the coffee maker is not a Keurig so you will want to bring filters and ground coffee. The spiral staircase is a pretty neat feature. It is very solid and sturdy. And also note that all bedrooms are upstairs. There was a nice big tv in the sitting room. All the light switches a labeled which is so nice and easy. There is plenty of parking and lots of space where the parking is located for any items to be kept for outdoor activities. There was good communication with the property management regarding checking in and checking out instructions. Overall, no complaints. It was a cool place to stay and again couldn't beat the location. We would stay here again.

Just what we were looking for!

The location was exactly what we were looking for! It was only a few steps down to the sound and a short walk across the road (which isn't very busy) to to beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the loft area was a nice addition. We played pickleball on the tennis court and the pool was nice (although we didn't use it.) We ate in almost all meals and there were plenty of dishes and cookware. (A few more cooking utensils would have been nice, however.) There was parking under the unit, which was nice. The view was beautiful from the back - we saw dolphins almost every day. There were keys inside the condo, but we could never figure out what they unlocked. There were kayaks in the parking area, but they were locked and the keys didn't unlock them so we assumed they were not included in the rental. The owner was extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Location Location Location

Great clean facilities close to the bay and beach. Hardly any crowds. great for families with small kids who like the bay being out the back door. Wonderful walks along the national park seashore. Strong facilities. weathered a tornado. HOA was there next day cleaning things up. Only complaint is mattresses could use updating, They have $200 mattress toppers on the mattresses but we actually slept better with them pulled off. $700 on some new mattresses would go a long way. Loft is futon mattresses which we knew that going in. Spiral stairs are a little tough to navigate, not recommend for seniors. or bare feet. The kitchen was well appointed. I love how every light is labeled. Very clean, easy check out process. Property manager was available and responsive, very helpful. Pool was only crowded one day and even then only 10 people there.

Family Vacation

Love the location and property. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The unit is updated and very nice. Love the beach decor. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and things we needed. Unfortunately the blender and toaster didn’t work properly. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. One of the beds in the loft was broken so we couldn’t use it but fortunately there was a sleeper sofa we could use. We did report this to Surfside but didn’t hear back from anyone. Overall we had a great trip and loved the property. Especially enjoyed the sunsets from the back porch! Would recommend this property. I do think a little more attention to detail needs to happen with cleaning. We had to clean out a shower drain and wash oven mitts before using as well as the floors and furniture still being pretty sandy. Also, the mattress cover on the sleeper sofa needed washing. We did have trouble with the GFCI outlet on the back porch and could never get the lights that are hung to work. One recommendation, it would be nice to have a chair in the bedrooms as well. Again love the location and property and will most likely return.
