This beautiful, 2br / 2ba unit is located in building 3 on the 6th floor. Enjoy the Gulf views from the open kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a great meal when you don't feel like dining out. The living room has a sofa sleeper for your extra guests and a flat screen TV with a DVD for your viewing pleasure. The living room also has access to the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and one of the two pools at El Matador. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom with TV's in both bedrooms. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the guest has a walk-in shower.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
