  • Maravilloso condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños con piscina y cancha de tenis en Regency Towers # 204 East.

    Regency Towers # 204 E es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

    Esta unidad del segundo piso tiene vistas directas al golfo desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. La sala de estar ofrece muebles cómodos y acceso al balcón frontal del golfo. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas matrimoniales, TV y baño privado con ducha. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y hay un baño con combinación de bañera / ducha en el vestíbulo.

The room is okay, could have been cleaner and more updated. No washer and dryer in room or on site was a bit of trouble, they only left a few towels and washclothes for 5 nights. The location and view were great. The pool and quick elevators were great too and close to the walkover. Would be better if had a door code instead of keys, door was hard to lock/unlock.

Great place to enjoy the beach!

This is a wonderful condo. We loved that it was only on the second floor. We are literally steps away from the beach! The pool is wonderful and the complex is older but very well kept.

Get Away to Pensacola Beach

My sister and I spent a week at this condo.We enjoyed the view of the Gulf. The sand was so white and the water emerald in colour.The condo is as described.We played pickleball on the courts, sat and walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunshine.Except for the weekend, it was easy to get around by car.We recommend this gulf side rental.

Enjoyed!!

The property is ver nice and clean. Pool is great. I loved the condo, the only draw back was no laundry in our unit. The door was always locked to the laundry room and I was so busy I did not call anyone. But, it is a beautiful place !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and well stocked with items needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint is the the unit sleeps 6 but you only get two parking passes and you’re not told that up front. Our third couple had to get a room elsewhere due to not wanting to risk being towed or breaking the rules.

The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Pros: great location, amazing beach view, ease of leaving/entering property, tons of space, comfortable furniture. Cons: not enough toilet paper or ease of buying more (only two rolls provided per the mgmt co!), no laundry room though one was advertised, no access to beach from property (had to go through parking lot of condos next door due to walkway being closed with no advance notice)
