We truly enjoyed our stay. This property was very clean. It was 30 mins to the beach but, the drive was not bad. Mark was a wonderful host and communicated very well. I would recommend this place to friends and family and I would stay here again.

This complex was immaculate! Every room smelt, nice and clean. The refrigerator was a little hard to figure out, but it's one of those new fancy ones that I've never seen before but very impressive! The only thing that was missing was a garbage disposal. It's not a big thing for me cause I don't have one at home either . Location was perfect. 15 minutes from my daughter's house and all necessities. The owner or host was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. Even came to the house to check out something I had a concern about! I want to personally thank him for letting us rent and I will definitely check you out next time we're in Pensacola.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this location, our host was very polite and helpful and the housekeeping rules were very straight forward. We did have an issue with one of the chairs but thankfully we were able to address the situation and our host was very understanding and responded quickly. There’s a variety of kitchen appliances which was very nice and most importantly the coffee bar was really convenient and neat.. highly recommend staying here!

This was an absolutely adorable place to stay. It was also the cleanest of all the places we have stayed. It smelled wonderful. There was plenty of space for our whole group. The amenities they left for us were excellent. We appreciate this host so very much for providing such a wonderful, clean, and comfortable place for us. Thank you!

Wonderful for our Family!

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. It was about a 25 minute drive to the beach, but fairly close to stores, restaurants, and the Blue Wahoos stadium where we attended a baseball game and watched fireworks! It was comfortable for all 6 of us. If we visit Pensacola again, it will definitely be the first place I look into. Mark communicated well with me. It was also a plus to have good cook ware to utilize! No complaints here!

Great weekend away

We came to Pensacola for a dance competition so this really wasnt a beach trip. The location is quiet and peaceful but close enough to get anywhere in less tnan 20 minutes including the beaches. The accommodations in the house were very nice. Coffee bar was a hit. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a ceiling fan so if you are used to sleeping with a fan you may want to bring one.

Loved it!!

We booked for a beach soccer tournament my daughter had in Pensacola beach, it was about a 25min from the Pensacola beach boardwalk, and this place was exactly as described, beds were very comfortable, it was very cozy, nice and clean, communication with owners couldn’t be better, they were very responsive. Overall I will definitely book again if we come to Pensacola again

Place worked great for 2 adults and 3 teens. Beds were comfortable and the location was easy to get around. The trundle bed is only usable for a small child, but the description does say that. We would stay again if we ever visited again.

It was an incredible stay. You aren't aware of how lovely the house is from the outside. I loved that we had our own bathrooms and could get some privacy. We spent two days interviewing potential staff for a new property we purchased. Outstanding host.
