  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Cozy Cottage is an adorable 2-bed, 1-bath, garage apartment set up for the perfect getaway, work trip, or even beach vacay! The cozy cottage is 15 minutes to our beautiful white sand beaches and mere minutes to central downtown. Very convenient to the Pensacola Bay center as well.

A really nice place to stay! I it was a perfect place for us while we were busy attending our niece’s wedding, it was really nice to have space away from all the fun crazy chaos!

Everything was amazing! The only negative thing I would have to say is the driveway is very steep so a car getting up and down will get scratched/damaged or at least mine did. Other than that it was great.

Absolutely great location. 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach. 2 blocks from Publix grocery store and highways. Host communicated within timely manner with any questions we had. Condo was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Cottage was as advertised! Close to everything and it had everything we needed and more. Way better option for our family than a hotel room. Would recommend to others.

It really is a “cozy” cottage! Perfect place for a couple or 3-4 member family. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and nice, hot shower.

A great getaway

This location was perfect for what we needed as a family. Close to the beach and forts as well as historic downtown Pensacola and grocery stores. Enjoyed the coziness of the location.

Excellent host. Very responsive. A little trouble with the AC during the nights getting too hot on a weird timer. Bedrooms didn’t get dark enough at night. Nice location to beach or downtown. Would stay there again with the AC and lighting improvements.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cozy Cottage was perfect for us as we wanted to be intown. We were close to great restaurants, downtown historic area, the port, and just a short drive to the Naval Air Museum.The cottage had everything you needed where you needed it, like lightning, shelves, hooks, linens, ceiling fans, kitchens supplies, and very clean. The A/C was cold, bed very comfortable, and huge deck to sit outside. All this and the historic nature of the cottage was preserved. The neighborhood surrounding the cottage is beautiful homes of all sizes and ages. Good walking. We will be back!
