The Cozy Cottage is a lovely spot in a nice area. Maureen and John were very personable and helpful. The cottage had a lot of nice personal touches. We will definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the Carriage House. Everything we needed was provided, it was clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located. We will be staying there again!

We loved our short stay here- it’s perfect for couples, has everything you need, the place is clean, cozy, is decorated nice and the hosts are great! Not to mention it’s pretty centrally located for most things here in Pensacola if you’re going out and about or to the beach. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks so much!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially loved spending time at the beach, which made the vacation even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and welcoming—they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pensacola!

I was very please with this stay. The place was very clean and quiet. The hosts Maureen and a John were very nice and inviting. I will definitely stay here again when I travel into Pensacola.

If you ever are staying in Pensacola, I’m begging you to stay here!! It literally has everything you need, extremely clean, better than even a hotel and overall very very nice place and nice folks too. Next time my wife and I come to Pensacola we absolutely will be booking here again!

Let's start with the hosts. They are fantastic. Communication was great. Check in was a breeze. They made sure our stay was perfect. Now the property. This place was super nice. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessities for our week. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time thanks in no small part to our hosts and the wonderful property. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful time in Pensacola! Maureen and John are wonderful hosts! The carriage house was very clean and cozy! It has everything you need while on vacation! We will definitely be returning to this place!
It’s was my daughter’s birthday and they made this sing! It was so thoughtful that they made her feel special!

The hosts were some of the sweetest people ever! Everything was clean, it was super easy to find and check in. They had all of the necessary kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials. Truly was one of the best places I’ve stayed, and we will 100% book here again should we come back!

Beautiful place, close to the base and incredibly comfortable! The Carriage house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for me, my husband and our 6 year old son. We were in to visit our 26 year old son at the Navy base and this was close enough to the base and in a beautiful area of Pensacola.

Perfect space for a short or long stay.

We had a great experience with our stay. The carriage house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners, John and Maureen, was top notch. This place is in a safe neighborhood and is in walking distance to the bay area and a short drive to the beach. The owners provided us with beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach which helped out for us since we were from out of town. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

This guest house is immaculately decorated and very comfortable. It sits directly behind the owners home. They are very accessible and attentive. Beautiful neighborhood and a perfect spot for young travelers or spring breakers to feel safe and protected. Excellent value for the price!

This place was perfect for our stay! John and Maureen are lovely hosts and keep the carriage house pristine. We had absolutely no problems with the property, but our hosts were happy to address any issues if they came up. We had every amenity we could need, and everything matched the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and made for a peaceful stay.

We absolutely had a fantastic stay at The Carriage House. Maureen has thought of a few extras to have “ just in case.” She had insulated water bottles, a couple of ice packs for the ice chest (1 large one and a smaller one), koozies, a beach umbrella, a beach chair, and most importantly, an umbrella that came in handy when we went out to dinner on our last night. The drive to the beach was short and easy. There is a Publix that is 1/2 mile from The Carriage House. The outdoor shower (with shampoo and conditioner) felt amazing coming back from the beach. Getting the sand off of you and out of your bathing suit keeps the sand out of the apartment and the apartment looking its best. We got to meet John and Maureen’s 4 legged children, their two Boston Terriers. SO SWEET!!Enjoyed our stay and i hope to stay again.

Maureen was a great hostess. The location is super convenient for exploring downtown and close to three mile bridge for getting to the beach. Incredibly comfortable mattress, duvet, pillows etc. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for a week's stay.

Perfect place & peaceful getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super nice and very clean. The owners are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. My husband and I wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to stay for our anniversary and this was exactly that. We would definitely stay here again!
