We had a wonderful time in Pensacola! Maureen and John are wonderful hosts! The carriage house was very clean and cozy! It has everything you need while on vacation! We will definitely be returning to this place!
It’s was my daughter’s birthday and they made this sing! It was so thoughtful that they made her feel special!

This place was perfect for our stay! John and Maureen are lovely hosts and keep the carriage house pristine. We had absolutely no problems with the property, but our hosts were happy to address any issues if they came up. We had every amenity we could need, and everything matched the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and made for a peaceful stay.

Little hidden treasure.

Our stay at the Comfy Carriage house was amazing from booking until check out. The unit is very clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything including information about Pensacola!

This cute carriage house was so perfect for my husband and I’s vacation! John and Maureen are such kind and gracious people! They were there to supply us with anything we needed to make our stay the best! It felt so much like home when weren’t exploring Pensacola! I love how modern this little home is and it’s so clean! We had no issues while staying here! It was perfectly close to everything we needed or wanted to visit!

Perfect place & peaceful getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super nice and very clean. The owners are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. My husband and I wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to stay for our anniversary and this was exactly that. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

The best description i can give is to say it was more like staying atba second home versus a vacation rental. The rental is in the perfect location, clise enough to anything you want to do, butbprivate enough to relax. It was our second time staying with John and Maureen and it wont be our last.

This property is exactly as described! The location is great and the property is super clean! I would highly recommend this property if visiting Pensacola. The property owners are on site and very helpful as well.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday! The space was perfect, as described, and had all that we needed. It’s close enough to the beaches but far away enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful!

Beautiful carriage house

Beachy modern cottage with everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to many amenities. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely come again! Very thankful for a great experience!

East Hill Carriage House

This charming carriage house was perfect for my visit to Pensacola for my High School Reunion. Was extremely clean, bed was comfy, included washer/dryer and supplies! Hosts Maureen and John were friendly and hands on! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Beach wedding getaway

Excellent cottage space with everything . needed for an enjoyable stay. Host communication was outstanding. Very clean and well appointed. Great central location in cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were so kind. We had to evacuate for a hurricane so to have a safe and beautiful place to stay was so awesome.. They took the time to show us all the amenities of the apartment. The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed. We definitely stay again when in the area... .
