ESTA UNIDAD TIENE UN REQUISITO DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO DURANTE LA TEMPORADA ALTA ¡RESERVE AHORA ANTES DE QUE SE ACABE! "Seas the Day" una semana o un mes en el condominio Gulf Dunes 301. Es una unidad de esquina del lado este de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños ubicada justo en la playa con fenomenales vistas frontales del golfo completo. Venga a disfrutar de la arena blanca azucarada y las brillantes aguas azules que nuestra playa virgen y llena de gente tiene para ofrecer. Este condominio tiene nuevos propietarios y todos los muebles han sido reemplazados, tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo el condominio ha sido pintado. El condominio puede acomodar hasta 8 personas cuando utiliza el nuevo sofá cama Queen. Beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and pier. Nice third floor end unit condo in a quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and small appliances. Love that the beach service was included.

Beautiful home away from home

The condo was exactly what was pictured and described. Very clean. We had to email about our freezer leaking and they had somone called and scheduled the next day to fix it. All communications were fast and easy for everything. . Loved all the amenities and decor. True beach home! Location was fantastic! My family really enjoyed everything about it! The beach was amazing and not crowded even during spring break. We definitely see ourselves staying here again!

Great location, very roomy!

Location is great, 3 BR 3 Bath, clean and roomy! Great for family’s, I have family of 7 and we didn’t fell cramped , enough room for everybody! beds were very comfortable, I usually don’t sleep well on vacations, but slept like a baby! I will be back!!

Loved this place!!!

This was a wonderful condo. Would definitely stay there again. Only negatives my son sit in a dining room chair which was broken. He fell to the floor. Luckily he was not injured. I pulled out the night stand to plug in phone charger. All kinds of wrappers and dust bunnies. I really think housekeeping could do better.

We are planning to book again for next year!

This trip was wonderful! The condo check in/out was easy and there was great communication. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The pool was heated still when we went first week of may and my girls loved it! I also loved how clean the bedding was which SHOULD go without saying but honestly some places I feel like say they change the comforters and stuff but don’t and they give that ick factor but this place was very clean/clearly fresh bedding. We were able to walk across the street to stewbys which is delicious and we walked up to Waffle House one morning for breakfast and it’s a close drive to most restaurants. I’d recommend the shack and sit outside. We are already looking at booking again for next year

This condo was in a perfect location. The walk down to the beach took about a minute. Every single attention to detail was perfect when it comes to the decor of this condo. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen. The lady at the desk was so helpful and so polite. One little incident: the cleaning crew attempted to enter the condo twice prior to us actually checking out. I think they were anxious to get the condo ready for the next guests.....

AWESOME, would be the easiest way to say of our experience. The condo was everything expected, location was perfect and close to restaurants and other activities. Very pretty condo, excellent location. The condo could have been cleaned better, especially the bathrooms. Soap rings left in shower and hair on floor, counter tops and storage bins. Furniture and beds could stand to be updated.

Christmas stay

The condo was amazing, communication was great. The only negative we had was the listing stated that we needed to bring all essential household items(toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, hair dryer, trash bags). We purchased all those things and they took up a good amount of room in our vehicle on our drive from Texas. When we got there all those items were provided. So I wouldn't say it was a negative because we were glad they were provided but it was a little inconvenient to have to buy that stuff and have it take up cargo space only to not need it. Overall the stay was awesome we loved the condo and had a great time.

We loved the location and the view was amazing! We had awesome weather!

We loved the condo it was as described. The location was perfect and view was awesome. Having the chair service was great as well. There are a few things that need to be fixed though such as the sliding door and hallway toliet handle but other than that our stay was absolutely great! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We were so happy with our condo. It was just as amazing as the pictures and was fully stocked with everything we could need. Plenty of room for everyone an the view was perfect. Definitely want to come back here next year.

Great location

The condo was right on the beach. We couldn't have been any closer. Really convenient to come back in and out when we wanted to. Plenty of great food within walking distance. The covered parking spot was great to keep my car away from the elements.

Great but needs extra cleaning

This was a great location and beach. Condo has been updated very nicely but it really needs a good cleaning. Your feet were always black after walking barefoot and a lot of dust. Some dishes in cabinets not clean.

Beautiful comfortable condo

This co do is just beautiful. It is located in a wonderful spot. It was big enough for all is to rest and visit comfortably. We had a wonderful fearful time. The beach was great and easy to get to. There was a pity putting course and a seafood restaurant right across the street.
