Great condo

This unit in Gulf Dunes is so nice. It was fairly clean, probably could have been swept a little better as it felt like there was sand on the floor. There was plenty of space, the unit was well furnished, check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was excellent. We will no doubt be renting this unit again in the future.

As always Brooks and Shorey provided a "Sparkly clean" condo. Anytime there is even the tiniest request (microwave bulb) they are there to take care of it soon. At this point we would not rent from any other management company as they have always treated us well.

Perfect Location

This property was very conveniently located and had a beautiful view. The unit was very clean which was extremely important to us. Management was very easy to reach and came immediately when we had a problem with the garbage disposal. My only disappointment was that the pictures showed very thick cushions on the patio furniture and there were no cushions at all. The patio furniture was not comfortable to sit on so I just ran to target and bought my own cushion so I could enjoy my coffee watching the waves roll in. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the Balcony is absolutely beautifully! Also, we like the location of Gulf Dunes. Brooks and Shorey are great to rent from. Consistently clean condos in tip top condition. The staff is incredible and friendly. We can always count on Marianne and Barbara to help us with our reservation. Two of our favorite people.Thank you Brooks and Shorey and Staff for helping us have another wonderful week.

One of the best vacations

We try to stay at different condos when we make our yearly visit, but Gulf Dunes #308 was one of the best. Loved the beachy decor. Exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just steps from beach & just far enough from hustle & bustle of Destin. Would definitely stay there again
