  • Located in the walkable East Pensacola Heights neighborhood, this charming duplex is a quaint one-bedroom, one-bath space with plenty of amenities, kitchen essentials, linens, and closet space.

    There is even a wooden deck space for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a gorgeous view of Bayou Texar - located just across the street!

    Minutes from Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and easy access to I-110, if you’re looking to explore Pensacola, this is the place for you!

    Don’t forget to check out the event calendar - we are know as the “Festival City of the South”!

    There is NO washer or dryer in the home; there are multiple laundromats near the duplex for your convenience.

    There is NO central a/c, the home has two window units; one located in the living room and the other in the bedroom.

    Free WIFI on location; house manual located in the home will give you instructions on how to connect.

    Parking is on the right side on the duplex, one car will fit into the parking spot by Pineapple Paradise, and street parking is available for any additional needs.

    Outa Sight Pest treats the duplex quarterly for all pests.

It served its purpose for a place to stay but not cozy. Older home that needs more renovation in our opinion to be a vacation rental. Location is great, close to everything downtown.

This property is perfect for an individual or couple. It is in a great location with a view of the bay! Restaurants and shopping are within minutes and beautiful Pensacola Beach is just across the bridge! You will not regret staying here!

Incredibly friendly hosts with great communication. If you have any questions or concerns, they go above and beyond to satisfy. The accessibility is fantastic too. Lyfts to the airport or downtown are about 8 a ride at most. The place is quaint and grows on you very quickly very excited to come back.

Great for short-term business stay

I recently moved away from the area but needed a place to stay while in town on business. This property was super convenient to everywhere I might need to go and would also be a great location for a vacation rental. I had never reserved through Vrbo before but the whole process was very easy and, even though I didn’t require reaching out to the host, I felt that I could with any problem that could’ve come up. Would stay here or in its neighboring unit again.

My elderly in-laws came to visit. Lookimg for a VRBO for them was daunting, but this place was perfect! Minimal stairs, clean, safe, accomodating, just perfect! And the inside was so cute! Reminded me of places i lived in college. Just adorable! I highly recommended!!!

Nice Little Bungalow, Close to Pensacola Beach

We stayed at Pineapple Paradise for a short beach trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and stores a short (driving) trip away, and the bridge to the beach is extremely easy to access from the property. The house was not fancey but was clean and everything worked, although there needs to be another AC for the main room or a fan to circulate. For the price it's great. The owner/agent was polite and immediately responsive to messages.
