"Sea Shell Villa" Alquiler nuevo Amplia piscina frente al golfo, tenis

3 dormitorios, 3 baños, ocupación máxima de 8 personas.

Venga a relajarse y disfrute de nuestra hermosa unidad frente al mar ubicada dentro de la comunidad de Beachview.
El piso principal cuenta con un dormitorio doble para invitados con baño completo adjunto. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, amplio comedor abierto y sala de estar.
Gran televisor de pantalla plana, comedor con capacidad para seis, área de bar con capacidad para 3.
Arriba, cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios, King Master Suite con baño privado adjunto, cabina de ducha, balcón de salida con vistas a las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México, televisión de pantalla plana. El dormitorio de invitados Queen tiene dos cómodas camas queen, televisor de pantalla plana y baño completo adjunto con combinación de bañera / ducha.

El telesilla de escalera hace que sus vacaciones sean aún más agradables.

El garaje para un solo automóvil tiene refrigerador, bicicletas para 3 adultos, parrilla de carbón

Nuestros patios frente al golfo dan a las blancas arenas de la playa privada de Beachviews. Relajante agua salada del océano, perfecta para largos paseos por la playa o descansar con su libro favorito. A los niños grandes y pequeños les encantará buscar cangrejos ermitaños y recoger conchas marinas. Puedes sentarte en el patio para tomar una bebida fría por la noche y disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol y ver a los delfines nadar con la marea y los veleros subir y bajar por la orilla del mar.

La playa de Pensacola está a solo 15 minutos en coche de la casa. Prepare un almuerzo tipo picnic y disfrute de un día nadando y jugando en el Golfo de México. El área principal de la playa cuenta con baños, pabellones de picnic y socorristas de guardia durante el día.

Hay muchas actividades para adolescentes, familias y parejas. Las actividades locales incluyen: natación, pesca, paseos a la luz de la luna y conciertos de verano en la playa de Navarra. El Museo de Aviación Naval, cruceros con delfines, centro de tortugas, karting, golf de putt putt y no te olvides del Lighthouse Tour. Se pueden encontrar excelentes campos de golf al otro lado de la tierra firme en el campo de golf Hidden Creek.

Un corto paseo desde la casa te lleva a Sailors Grill, Windjammers en el muelle y Broussards Cajun Restaurant. ¡Buena comida y buen servicio!

Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para tres autos. Lo sentimos, no hay espacios de estacionamiento adicionales disponibles. ¡La Asociación de Propietarios de Beachview no permite que las autocaravanas o remolques de ningún tipo se estacionen dentro de la comunidad! Está prohibido estacionar en la calle o en áreas de césped.

This was our first time staying in Navarre and we absolute loved everything about it. The townhome was perfect with everything we needed. They had extra beach toys that my children loved and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities that we needed. The beach access from this townhome can not be beat! Will def be looking to stay here again!

Place was clean and had all we needed. Great location. TV in Master Bedroom had issues, but we made due without it. Would stay here again.

Would Stay Again

The property is in an excellent location. We loved waking up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The beach is very clean and the lifeguards are very attentive and communicative. Great for getting away from all the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful views

Great location to relax your mind! We loved sitting on the patio and hanging out. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, beach and activities. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

Relaxing

The townhouse had everything you needed from having great space to just relax and enjoy the beach. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The view from the living room to the back deck and the master bedroom was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Having a community pool was a huge hit for my kids as well

Spring Break!

After looking for multiple month at different locations and condos, I am super glad we found this one. It was great for having a child under the age of 1 that needed naps while the older kids wanted to be at the beach. It allowed either me or my fiancé to be one place or the other. The sandy area right outside the back door allowed the kids to play while we sat on the deck.

Best House with a back door beach

Pawpaw & I (Mawmaw) vacationed with our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 year old grandson for a week at this beach-front condo. The house was amazing and the owners were very responsive to our questions. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything at all. The beach chairs, toys, bicycles, and grill were awesome to have on site. We ate on the kitchen balcony and watched dolphins from our bedroom balcony. The rooms were spacious. Everything you could imagine and beyond was fully furnished. We have recommend this place to our friends and will definitely return here again.

It was a nice place just not as clean as I would hv liked!

In the upstairs guest bedroom there were water bottles under the beds. There was sand all over the kitchen table. Showers are kinda moldy. Something had been spilt all over 1 of the living room chairs. The downstairs glass door does not lock but they do have a pole to keep it shut. Floors felt dirty. It’s a great location though. It looks a little worse than the pictures on the internet.

Plenty of space and closest to the walkover to the beach. This is a public beach meaning anyone with access to crossover can place their beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets anywhere on beach. Had to wake early morning to put chairs in spot close to water to get good seat for the day.
