Un maravilloso condominio de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños en el lugar de verano en el 3er piso. Todos los azulejos, excepto las habitaciones, armarios espaciosos, balcón enorme, bañera principal + ducha separada, encimeras de granito de cocina, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para garantizar su tranquilidad mientras prepara las comidas favoritas de sus seres queridos, Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. No necesita preocuparse por perder las llaves, ya que esta unidad tiene una entrada sin llave.

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

What a great experience for our first time to Fort Walton/Okaloosa area! Our condo absolutely beautiful, clean and amazing access to the beach, foot steps away! Very friendly families there, my daughters had a wonderful time meeting other kids and playing with them! Very family friendly and love the view!

Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!

The unit is spacious and updated with wonderful views overlooking the pools and the ocean. The third floor is perfect for either taking the elevator or the stairs and there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be back.
