The place was clean. Employees were friendly. There wasn’t a basketball court, or volleyball court. Missing some basic teen or young adult features to the property that would be nice. There is a beautiful tennis courts. Beautiful swimming and ocean activities. Beach is gorgeous! Store was super small. But town wasn’t fare away. We will be back.

Quite & Clean

Great location with amazing views of the sound & Gulf. The unit was super clean. Bed was comfy with quality sheets. Shower pressure was amazing. Check in was easy. Everyone working on the property was so welcoming. There was a little snafu with our key card not working but they fixed it quick & communication was easy. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Quick Family Get-A-Way!

We came for a fall break weekend and loved our stay! Host/manager was quick and easy to communicate with. Condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pools, restaurant, spa, and water inflatables at the resort. The views and beach was breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

Portofino and Pensacola were incredible! So many things to do and so easy to get around. We had gorgeous crystal clear water the entire week! The unit was a perfect setup for our family. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

We couldn't have asked for a better condo - the comfy decor, the spectacular view, the fluffy pillows, etc. This is not our first stay at Portofino so we had high expectations - the condo did no disappoint. Easy access to the beach, front row parking space, stocked kitchen, view of the tennis courts and refreshing pools. Food was great; and we never needed/wanted to leave the resort. Again, having stayed at Portofino on several occasions, this condo is one of our favorites - it was comfy like home, but with the vacation-resort perks.

Nice condo

This unit was as expected. View is gorgeous and was right size for our group. A couple of concerns sliding door to balcony is super hard to open and close. I am sure that is to keep heat out but we mostly used door from second bedroom because of difficulty. We stayed 4 nights and while VRBO or Itrips accurately listed items supplied, I would encourage a little more generosity. I have never seen a smaller ot thinner little soap. It practically dissolved at first use and only one for bathroom not one for tub,/shower and another for sink. We brought our own coffee but again amount they provided was barely enough for one pot. It is like they only wanted enough for one night certainty not considering anyone staying multiple days. Appliances were clean and workable. I visited another unit and there were some non-perishable items like a few spices and a small bottle of salad oil for cooking .I understand not wanting to have food items left but maybe have house keepers leave some thingslike spices in cabinets. When I left I would have left a few spices we had to buy but I assumed the housekeeper was instructed to throw things out. Linens were plentiful and comfortable.

Portofino Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay at Portofino. The unit had amazing views . The hosts were very attentive to our needs while we were there. My only request would be to restock the kitchen to accommodate the occupancy number .

Great place and location

We loved the condo and loved the amenities. Great view from the room. My kiddos LOVED the on the water playground. We found sand dollars and hermit crabs on the bay and saw dolphins. We had lunch and drinks by the pool everyday! Laguna's bar and grill was a favorite stop not far from the condo (zip lines, climbing, go karts). The zoo was a hidden gem- must feed the giraffes. McGuires is a must! Super unique and fun dining experience! Bring your appetite bc the plates are generous! The Fish House was another favorite! We had one major negative- I highly suggest calling ahead with your dates to ensure this facility is not hosting a large event during your stay. With that said-Kevin is a great host. He was responsive to our concerns and had great communication with us up to our exit. Beautiful place. We will definitely call Kevin to return!

Condo with the BEST VIEW!!!

The pictures are spot on and it was a great location. We didn’t have kids with us, but the options for activities was great! Beautiful views and close enough to all of the fun in Pensacola Beach. Would absolutely return!

Location is great! Needs updating!

We arrived late at night just in time for bed. When we pulled sheets down, they were not clean. One bed had a pretty big urine stain on it. Pillows and bedding all need to be redone. I had to remove ALL bedding to wash before we would sleep on the beds. The jacuzzi in tub didn’t work, dryer not working well , carpet very worn and dirty looking. I liked location, property manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We have been to Pensacola many times. We love our stays. This unit has plenty to offer! Thank you! Nikki
