The condo was perfect for the four of us. Each kid had their own bed and we had a nice king bed overlooking the gulf. Best place we have stayed in the area. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the beach and balcony. We enjoyed direct access to the beach (and provided chairs/umbrella). When not at the beach or doing other activities, we enjoyed playing cards on the high top table on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves. Great place.

We had an amazing time at this property! It was so nice, even better than the pictures showed. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of six to enjoy a 4 night stay. Beach service was super convenient and the view of the ocean from my bed was to die for! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot on the beach

Loved this location. It was directly on the beach, which means lots of relaxing time on the balcony watching the waves. It was convenient to grocery stores, some really good restaurants and shopping at the outlet mall. My only complaints are that the pillows were not very good and the kitchen could use some new coffee mugs. The unit was very quiet and the one bed we slept in was super comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. I would stay again if I returned to Okaloosa..

Update Condo!!

This Condo really needs updating!! The carpet is all stained and the bathrooms need updating!! If the carpet was replaced with tile this Condo would be just about perfect!!

Perfect

We had the best time at this condo. The balcony was huge and plenty of space with a perfect view. We saw dolphins one evening swimming by. Condo was very clean and comfy. Could use some updated kitchen items/dishes but we ate out every night so it wasn’t a big deal to us at all. Customer service with property management company was the best and they even printed out some docs for us at the office that we forgot we needed prior to leaving town to drive down for our stay for no charge. We got to our condo 3 hours early and they called at 1pm and let us know it was ready and we were able to start enjoying our vacation (please note this is not always typical or able to happen, but we were very thankful!). I would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home

The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The neighbors were great and gave us the best restaurants to try. The rental office was very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions before I could ask them! Communication was top notch!

Enjoyed our stay!!

The condo and facilities were top notch. The unit was clean and neat, The kitchen needs a few things like a stock pot, coffee cups and steak knives fortunately is was just my wife and myself so it wasn't a major issue.

Nice time

Property staff work hard to keep the property clean. The building is a bit older but the unit was nice. Would have appreciated more specific directions for operating the TVs. We couldn't get the TV in the master bedroom to work. The pool was nice option when the ocean current was too strong.

Great location and space, could use a few personal touches

We really enjoyed the location and the condo is huge in comparison to others we have stayed in in Destin/Okaloosa. The unit looked just like it did in the pictures and the baclony is awesome!! Everything was nice and clean. Also, just steps from the beach, super convenient there. My one critique would be that the unit could use a few more creature comforts/welcoming details. There was no dish soap and the kitchen in general was not well stocked. The unit didn't advertise that it would be, but we are just used to a bit more thought going into other properties like this one. With a few more welcoming touches this unit would be perfect.

Great Location

Overall very nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Great views of ocean. Carpet was stained in spots and needs a good cleaning or to be replaced.. There were no hangers or boxes of tissues. There also was no deadbolt on the door.

We had a great time in Fort Walton Beach while staying at this property. Great location. Loved being on the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The timeshare had all the amenities that we needed. Will definitely come back!!
