We were not able to offer you a midnight check in as we were still on Friday night, but I am glad that you were able to check in at 2AM instead of our 4pm check in and that we were able to offer you a late check out on Sunday. I appreciate you letting me know that your room was not cleaned up to Marriott standards and we will be sure to address your concerns with our housekeeping department. I wish that I had known that you found our breakfast not worthy to attend so that I could have addressed your concerns when you checked out with me on Sunday. We want all of our guest to experience and warm, clean, comfortable stay with a nice hearty breakfast and I apologize that we failed, in your case, to do so.
