Accommodations were outstanding, check in and check out is the easiest ever. Very roomy we had two adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We will definitely return again.

Beach getaway

Very detailed information was emailed making check in process quickly and flawless. Great location, kids had an amazing time with all the amenities that were offered with our rental and happy kids equal fun vacation for parents! Property was clean the condo was clean. We will definitely be staying here again

Overall the property was nice, beach access was great as well as the resort vibes. I did have concerns about the cleanliness and sent pictures to the management company which they assured me that was not up to their standard and they would take a deeper dive into it as we departed. They also responded very quickly. If the unit was cleaned better I would have given 5 stars.

We loved our stay at A101. This is the first time we have come with a total of ten people and this condo was wonderful. We could not not have asked for anything better. It was very nice and very clean. We have stayed in David's other condo's and they have always been 5 stars as well. The beach is nice, the pools are nice and clean and we love the lazy river. We will continue to come back.

The Waterscape was the perfect family resort and unit A101 was the perfect unit for our family with a 4 and 2 year old. Ground floor and railing around the balcony. We couldn't keep the 4year old out of the pools and lazy River. The gulf was divine and the weather perfect. Only need to decide on dates to return next year. Great vaca

We stayed in B101 last year and A101 this year. My grandsons & daughter always come with us, and they were the ones who requested we return to Waterscapes this year. They love all the things you can do at the pool. A101 was definitely bigger, so each grandson (now that they're teenagers) got their own bed, and our daughter had her own room. We had a mosquito problem initially, but I sent one email, and someone came that afternoon. They returned (we weren't there) and whatever they did worked. The railing on the porch had no exit, which caused lots of extra walking, but the condo was a lot quieter and much less foot traffic than last year's condo, so that made up for the walking.

First let me say I am not one to give stars lightly. I give this unit 3 stars because it’s decent and average. It is a good price for this rental. The unit has a good floor plan that reasonably accommodated 4 adults and was reasonably clean with average comfort beds. The teflon pots and pans were so severely and deeply scratched we bought new ones (thankfully we drove and could get them home) so if you plan on cooking a lot prepare yourself. There was one real issue in that at least two towels in two different bathrooms were clearly soiled and smelled unwashed which had been folded and placed for use in the cabinets. We found this late at night and threw all the towels in the laundry so we could not shower that night. There are barely enough towels to go around for 6 so we ended up washing them daily anyway. Dining room table has a really sticky finish and dirty chair cushions so we did not eat there. Nice view from patio. Patio would benefit from more table-height chairs with backs (only 2 with backs and 2 stools) so more adults could enjoy patio together. Table outside is too small for more than 4 to eat. Host responded quickly to texts.

Ground view is great!

We had a great time, and everything was pretty nice. We loved being on the bottom floor—it made traveling back and forth with babies much easier! Our only real complaint is that the oven was kind of finicky. Two of the burners only worked part of the time. It made staying in and cooking take a little while longer than expected. Overall, it was a good time and a good place to stay!

The actual room was good, the facility as a whole is not being maintained

Condo was exactly as described. Plenty of necessities as far kitchen etc, exceptionally large laundry area which was handy. Beds were comfy, weather was perfect ! Hope to book again with David as it was so easy start to finish !!

This location is wonderful, we had a wonderful vacation. Not that we spent much time in the room watching tv, but when we were ready to settle in for the night, we could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work, it stayed on one channel and only the volume would work. Also, the tv in the bunk area by the laundry room didn't work, it didn't look like the tv was hooked up at all. Thank you so much!

Waterscape A101

This condo was clean and well-kept. Open and quick communication between the management and renters was much appreciated. We loved being on the ground floor, but do take note of the metal fence that surrounds the patio area. You cannot access the grassy area/beach directly from the patio without going inside through the hallways or jumping the fence. This was noted in their description and not a surprise to us. But it did kind of defeat having a ground floor condo in terms of direct access to the outdoor area. This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Waterscape in terms of the "roominess". The enlarged laundry area and additional storage/cupboards back in that space cleared up a lot of room in the kitchen and made the condo feel less crowded overall. The bedroom with the double bunks and trundle was large in size and could fit numerous kids and their "stuff" comfortably. The twin bunks were also more spacious than other twin bunk rentals we've had in the past. Overall I would recommend this condo, but just be cognizant of the fenced in patio area (this may be a nice feature for families with small children though, so you can enjoy the patio without fear of them wandering off).
