“I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. ”

“The cleaning on the rooms, specifically on the lower row of rooms, it was a little dirty when we did the check in, the mirrors, the toilet”
