Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. “The view out of the windows are wonderful, you have seaview from the bedroom& living room, I loved it. I used the binoculars and realized its Lands End, didnt expect it being so close- haha. You can easly walk there or take the bus, that safes money for parking at Lands End. We took the bus to go to St. Ives as it is very difficult to park there. On top of the bus you have a beautiful view! The bus stop is a very a short walk, next to the pub. The pub did not offer meals when we were there, but...

Because we did not have a car, we also greatly appreciated its location, just a 5 minute walk from the Penzance train/bus stations and a few blocks from local grocery stores.
