Apartment on the Lech-Ammerseeradweg

We offer a beautifully furnished, cozy apartment with 75 m².
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and enough pots, pans and dishes.
The living space is 28 m², with a sofa bed (for one person), a dining table for 4 people and a wall unit with TV.
The 4x7 m south-facing balcony is accessible via the living room and the bedroom and offers a wonderful view of the Alps in Föhnwetter.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a sink, a hair dryer and a glass shower cabin. The toilet is located in a separate, newly renovated room.
Furthermore, there is a separate cloakroom in the apartment.
Sheets, towels, tea towels, vacuum cleaner, iron / ironing board included.
Parking is available in front of the house.
Out of consideration for the following guests it is a Non smoking apartment. Also animal husbandry is not possible.
In the village are a pizzeria, restaurant, butcher, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, gas station and a cinema.
In 300 m there is a large playground and in 600 m a beautiful lake with sunbathing lawn (free).
Located on the border between Upper Bavaria and Swabia, there are many possibilities for recreational activities: eg. B. Hiking in the mountains with a visit to the royal castles or the mountain lakes, a stroll through the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech, Munich or Augsburg, the Kaltenberger knight tournament, the Ruethenfest in Landsberg or the Oktoberfest in Munich. In addition, the house is on the route of the Lech-Ammersee-Radweg`s.
