TLDR; Only 2 beds, window AC, 1.5 baths.We had 4 adults who were wanting their own bed and we were booking on a busy weekend (Ledgestone disc golf week) so we knew we couldn't get anything gargantuan, but this setup seemed feasible for us. We arrived to there being only 2 beds (no twin bed, couch was not pull-out) and an empty box for an air mattress. The posting also advertised 2 bathrooms, so we were expecting 2 showers but that also was not true - It is 1.5 with the half being tucked into the laundry room so a big dude would have some real trouble using the facilities. We all arrived after being outside on a 90 degree day wanting a shower as well, but the towels were also missing! They did bring towels eventually and ordered an air mattress from Amazon before our last guest arrived, but we had already made some quick moves to obtain our own towels/mattress for the 3rd. The air conditioning was seemingly converted to 3 window units when the central unit broke down. Downstairs with 2 ACs was comfortable. Upstairs the windows are side/crank so I get why they could only put one in the stairway hallway window - but this took some fans we luckily brought to make it comfortable. The place was old but clean, but lying about the accommodations is unacceptable. Also the big clock in the living room had no hands - not part of the rating/don't care but it was a funny cherry on top of what we walked into. Ok for 2-3 people if you're ok sleeping upstairs with 2 on the queen.

Much smaller than advertised. Back yard over grown so you can't use it. Air conditioning didn't work. They said they've always been flip the breaker and it comes back on. So clearly a problem they were aware of. It was 82 in the house when we arrived set at 70. Tried to put us in a different house for 1 night so they could put window units in. Then we would pack up and go back to the original house. No thank you we were there for a softball tournament so no time to mess with packing up and moving back and forth! Do not recommend any of their houses.

NO AIR CONDITIONING - Terrible support and communication

Tried to stay here with our family of 6 while daughter was playing softball at Louisville Slugger complex in Peoria over weekend of July 4th. Our experience here was terrible. The air conditioner was BROKEN and was getting up to 79-81 degrees in the house. I spent all afternoon the first day trying to get ahold of someone to help us. They said try to flip the breaker. But breaker box was in basement which was locked. Went back and forth on VRBO messaging about… go find the key in this lock box, what’s the code for it, key is not in there, then go find another lock box and check it for key, etc. This went on for hours. The host would not come help us. If you don’t want to provide support on a holiday, then DON’T offer a house for rent on a holiday. That’s the job you signed up for, if you rent a house on the 4th and the air conditioner breaks, you are going to have to go deal with it on the 4th. And now I’m still spending time trying to get the refund that was promised to us and the amount refunded is barely half that, so now I have to spend time today dealing what that. When it was getting above 80 in the house, my wife, 3 kids and 2 small dogs had to leave and drive home 6 hours in the night so that my daughter and me could move to a hotel to finish her softball tournament. We hoped to have a nice family trip for the 4th, and it turned into a terrible experience because of this property and lack of support. Obviously would never stay here again.

House was very clean and cozy. Owner was very responsive and in a timely manner.Didn't have outdoor seating as pictured. Remodel is very pretty. Left little guest bags for us.Mix up about the bathrooms. It is 1.5 not 2. Since that was my search feature I was very disappointed. Joseph was apologetic and very polite. Lacked a few desired items: extra blankets (plenty of towels!), hooks in living room and bedroom, an iron and ironing board. Little things that I'm sure will be rectified with time. Overall a pleasant little space and great communication. Thank you!
