This place worked okay for our stay. We ended up staying here for 10 days. The day we were to check in we were contacted several times asking when we would arrive. I said we would be arriving at the posted check in time of 4. They said okay until being called 30 minutes prior and being told that it wasn’t ready because the previous guests didn’t check out in time. We had to wait several hours before actually being able to check in so they could finish cleaning. The ended up giving us a credit which was appreciated. Upon checking into the property we found it absolutely not clean. There were spills on the floor in the basement that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathrooms had urine caked around the base of the toilet. The fridge was filthy. There were still food items in the pantry from the previous guests. The garage had bags of garbage still in it. The couch in the basement was covered in food crumbs. The front of the house had trash strewn all over by the front patio. There was trash on the lawn that blew to the neighbors house and they came over and threw it back on the patio. I let the owner know of the situation in the basement and that the house wasn’t clean. I was asked to provide pictures of the issues so that they could forward it to housekeeping and I was told that they would be back the next morning to finish the cleaning. That didn’t happen so I ended up doing the cleaning myself. Housekeeping returned on day 7 asking to clean the house. We declined.
