Great house that fit our needs. Only snag was that our visit coincided with the owner being out of pocket at the same time so some communication was delayed.

Close to Banner Marsh

We had plenty of room for our party of 6. Parking in driveway was limited due to the tightness of the area between the house and the shrubs. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

A fun girls getaway weekend!

My friend and I stayed for an extended weekend at the Sweet Tart Bungalow and we had a great time! Close to stores and amenities when we needed them, but far enough out that it still felt pretty quiet. The house had a lot of fun character. Thanks so much!

Lovely Home - Well managed

We were in Peoria for a funeral and were able to visit with family friends while there. There was an HVAC issue (that didn't effect our stay) and the Owner was very respectful about arranging the repair so it didn't disrupt our family time. I'd stay there again..
