“This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!”

The upstairs area with its own sitting room was perfect and was used for so many things... crafts, reading, working, etc. The large kitchen was great for our large group to gather for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and so were the bathrooms. We even played a few of the games in the living room.The location was close to everything...we walked everywhere... restaurants, stores, the winery! It was very easy to communicate with Julia and Jill. ”

“Stunning views! We thought the property on the lakeside of the street and I somehow got confused about what floor this unit was on. I thought it was 3rd floor but it was 1st floor. Nevertheless less it was a mostly clean unit… just a couple horizontal surfaces were quite dusty (ie the bathroom hand-towel holder). The most disappointing thing for me was the rather uncomfortable shower head. The shower felt piercing and needle-like. I couldn’t even put my face into it- or other body parts. I’d...

“Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning ”
