Freshly renovated, "L'échauguette de Perche" offers a surface area of about 150 m². On the first floor, a living room and its monumental fireplace (wood), a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher...), a laundry room (fridge/freezer, washing machine) & guest toilet.
