Perchtoldsdorf, the wine paradise in the Lower Austrian thermal region, is not only Austria's largest market town and a popular destination for many Viennese, but also the scene of countless cultural events and one of the most traditional wine towns in Austria. The innumerable taverns
who owe their name to a pine bush above the door that signals
the fact that wine is served here ("is unplugged") has been delighting the people of the region with food and drink, exuberant atmosphere, wild celebrations and traditional customs such as the "Hiata entry" for more than 800 years.

Experience relaxation actively - and with the countless leisure opportunities that are available in the area, there should be something for every taste. Perchtoldsdorf and its vineyards are the ideal starting point for hiking trips.
Whether in the Vienna Woods or in the beautiful Föhrenberge Nature Park, many well-marked routes invite you to extensive and refreshing running, cycling and hiking tours, where, thanks to the numerous shelters, your physical well-being does not fall by the wayside. However, if you are looking for fun together, you will get your money's worth with a good drop of wine and hearty delicacies, as a guest of one of the more than 50 Buschanken. Here the sommelier gets top-quality wines from his own production and every guest has the opportunity to be infected by the traditionally exuberant mood. You can end the day with a leisurely stroll through the picturesque town center, which has already served as a Hollywood backdrop.

The apartment is just a stone's throw away from numerous shopping opportunities in the town center and offers an ideal starting point for a Heuriger tour. The car can be left safely, because the Heurigen are all within walking distance.

The apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Vienna, in the immediate vicinity of the foothills of the Vienna Woods and at the beginning of the thermal region.
