A low sloping path leads to the shared entrance hall which leads to this delightful apartment. Inside you will find the fresh and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system and floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto the first private balcony. The central dining table is perfect for enjoying all your favourite family dishes which you can rustle up in the sleek, beautifully equipped kitchen to the rear. The apartment features a refreshing bathroom and three light, relaxing bedrooms: a cheerful twin, and two lovely super-king-size rooms, both with private balconies and one with a separate dressing room. All three balconies have outdoor furniture so you can unwind and take in the glorious sea views. There’s also a shared garden area with a handy outside tap for washing sand off after a day on the nearby beach.
With a range of fantastic restaurants and pubs just metres away, the apartment is a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach which is perfect for swimming, rock pooling and water sports. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, perfect for walkers and nature lovers. Local attractions include Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, Llama Land and Lappa Valley, all within 7.5 miles.
