“Very clean and beautiful with all the amenities needed. Perfect home base for our hiking excursions. Cute front porch to sit on the swing to relax. Would definitely stay here again! Drew was an excellent host.”

“We loved this spot! We will definitely be back again. Everything was handy, and close to town!”

“We have started here multiple times for our river trips and plan on returning next year! Always a great place to stay!”

“Amazing property. Very private in the woods. Fire pit and patio was beautiful. Front and back is super private. It is close to the park and restaurants. It is one bed room, spacious bathroom, open kitchen and family room. There is bed in the loft. It is good to two to four people. We have a very relaxing time. Everything was perfectly clean.”

“Nice location. Roomy. Easy check in and out.”

“The house and property were great, and just as described. Drew kept in touch to make sure everything went well for us. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the morning. Very peaceful. And there were plenty of activities close by including canoe and kayak rentals and quite a lot of hiking trails. Of course, just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching the river flow by was good too.”

“Highly recommend!”

“House was very cute, cozy and clean. Will definitely book this house next time I am in Mansfield. Thank you so much!”

“The place was spacious and clean. Communication with host was fast. Would recommend this location :-)”

“Joe is an excellent host, very friendly. Home was very homey he had fridge full of water and soft drinks and plenty of coffee. When we come back plan to stay there again. Made a homemade peanut butter cake and shared with us I had my morning coffee sitting out in the backyard.”

“This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.”

“Host and house was wonderful!! Smooth and easy check-in and checkout. Location was perfect for our needs of floating the river and seeing local attractions for a weekend family getaway.”
