“This house was absolutely stunning! It had everything you could want, was very tastefully designed, and a cook’s dream thanks to the modern kitchen appliances. The location was ideal, just a short walk from town. I would highly recommend this property for family or friends!”

“Great walking location, furnishings clean and comfortable. More photos of the inside and outside would help potential viewers understand the accommodation amenities. There is no sitting area outside, therefore for longer stays this might be an issue. No television, which was a surprise.”

We loved using the balcony with the beautiful views and you cannot beat the perfect location in the heart of downtown. We cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this property.”

“We enjoyed having a glass of wine while sitting on the balcony facing the Tay Turnaround Basin. Perth is a lovely town for walking and the accommodation was centrally located. ”

“Good stay overall, excellent for the type of accommodation. Useful microwave, functional fridge, decent foam beds, not uncomfortable. A/C good and cool in our room. Had to crouch a bit to get under shower head but functional for more residential style bathroom fixtures. Only issue noted was bare moist post shower feet picked up some floor blackening walking around in the room…. Also typical for this kind of property, there were a LOT of middle aged and older white men on expensive motorbikes...

“Rooms were in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and most comfortable bed as good as it looks in the photo. Being an older couple celebrating our 60th Anniversary we were concerned that no elevator to help us with the stairs BUT no problem we were greatly helped by the owners, as they said they would. Breakfast was perfect in a perfect setting, with a group of younger people around us, all very friendly. If you like a touch of friendly luxury, Clyde Hall is highly recommended.”
