“Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. “My room was on the entrance floor and very quiet. I loved the bed and pillows, very confortable! There was a little space between the bed and the bathroom wall but this wasn't an inconvenience as it was just a very small part in the way to the window. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, having a lot of options, including the Scottish Breakfast. Jackie, one of the hosts, is extremely nice, she was very considerate in asking my food options and/or allergies and explained what to visit...

“A good base if you are exploring the Snow Roads of Cairngorms National Park. Easy checkin and a spacious room. Free water and basic breakfast is provided which is an added bonus. The only "complain" is the wavering toilet seat but it is not a big issue.”

“This is a beautiful, clean, peaceful, well decorated and located B&B, below Stirling Castle, near beautiful walking trails below the castle and leading toward the City Centre. This B&B has stunning views from large bay windows from the common area. It is loaded with lovely artwork. Very tastefully done!”
