  • Limpio, fresco y moderno. Gran apartamento de una cama en el corazón de Subiaco. A pie de tiendas, cafeterías, transporte. Prepara una tormenta en la nueva cocina o simplemente relájate en los tranquilos alrededores, con un atardecer en el balcón sombreado. A una corta distancia a pie de tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes, King's Park y hospitales, o un corto viaje en autobús desde todo lo que Perth tiene para ofrecer. En el segundo nivel (superior) de un pequeño bloque privado de 12 apartamentos con su propia plaza de aparcamiento y tranquilos jardines privados. (Nota: el segundo nivel está arriba dos tramos de escaleras (32 escalones): tierra, primero, segundo)
    El apartamento ha sido renovado con una cocina completamente nueva y un baño actualizado, pisos recién pintados y nuevos. Todo es nuevo y listo para ti. Cama Queen y un sofá cama tipo clack para una. Lavavajillas, cocina completa, balcón, excelente ubicación.
    Hay un dormitorio con una cama queen y baño con ducha, armarios empotrados.
    El sofá en la sala de estar se convierte en un gran single adecuado para un adulto o niño. Debido a la longitud del sofá cama, no es adecuado para alguien bastante alto.

Great little apartment

Great little apartment, easy walk to station, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Air conditioning and a lovely balcony for evening drinks. It’s possible to walk through kings park from the apartment and pick up a cat bus into the city. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Brief stay in Perth

Overall, an interesting stay. Convenient location, all amenities provided. I would recommend for the young, fit ones. Verandah door does not lock. Tap handle in kitchen flew up when used the first time.

Good location but

Enjoyed the location and off street parking, but had a few issues with 1. hot water not working properly 2. toilet seat needs replacing and 3. inability to light gas stove burners, also oven cooking pan missing

Good clean apartment

The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell from the tap water before you drink it, but I chose to just buy water from woolies or coles. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to our host Sarah for the hospitality and very quick to respond to all my inquiries.
