    The Space:

    Featuring original 1930s bones – high ceilings, and leadlight windows – this modernised and bright house will feel like your home away from home. From the front porch, you arrive into the entry foyer with the first of the two elegant bedrooms off to the left. Next, you'll find the sophisticated living room, followed by bedroom number two. The kitchen is spacious and gives way to the enclosed verandah with a dining table for six people. Right outside, you'll see the undercover patio with a BBQ and another dining table big enough for a family or friend's group. This lovely property also offers a sunny backyard, split system A/C, and parking for 1 small car. A mere 2 km from Perth's CBD, and within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants and public transport, this house is impossible to fault!
