Zehn Schritte zum Wasser totale Ruhe, wunderbar! Hervorragende Ausstattung!
Dieses Apartment hatte eine hervorragende Ausstattung… unheimlich viel Besteck & Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe… alles war vorhanden! Die Küche war hervorragend mit einem guten Gasherd und einem großen Kühlschrank ! Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht sehr viel Toilettenpapier, Duschwaschmittel, Shampoo, sogar Sonnencreme! Waschmaschine -Wäscheständer. Es gab sogar Waschmittel.! Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Apartment oder Ferienhaus.! Moderne Möbel, bequeme 2 Betten ! Es gibt eine Garage direkt vor der Eingangstür— alle Türen sind mit Zahlenschloss versehen man braucht gar keinen Schlüssel! Sehr praktisch! Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig nur zehn Schritte bis zum Wasser… 2 Minuten zu einer öffentlichen Grillstelle! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber 💗

Two day getaway to do some crabbing
Clean, modern apartment with all the mod cons. Clare the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great location for crabbing, next to shopping centre and numerous fast food options or the tavern.

Fantastic communication by host & water front views!
What a great place! If I am being super picky, A garage remote would have been handy, plus downstairs had young children at the time of our stay which woke us in the night, plus the down pipes drip and echo with water dripping, but all good as-long as you sleep well. The 3x different 4-digit pin doors were a pain to access the apartment. Great location though, and well priced.

Long weekend
A well-priced, great, small property in a beautiful location on Peel Inlet. Playground, skate park and bike track nearby, along with a gluten free bakery! We stayed upstairs with a view of the tree tops. Our children loved going through the books that were available. The apartment had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be some winter blankets for the beds, for those who feel the cold. Clare is fantastic to communicate with, and provides all the information needed, for a smooth self check-in.

Perfect place at Falcon
I stayed at this property for just over a week with my teenage daughter. The property was clean, comfortable, secure and very pleasant and I made excellent use of the estuary path most days. Close to shops and really easy to get around to Mandurah and further afield as well as hanging out locally at Falcon Bay Beach swimming, coffeeing and dolphin watching. Clare was super responsive to any enquiry. I would certainly recommend this to anyone considering it.

Perfect mini getaway
Property was great, ideal for our family, clean and comfortable. Felt quite homely. Fans in bedrooms were sufficient for us through the night. Possible suggestion, have a crab scoop in the garage for visitor use, Kids were super keen to try to catch one. Price was great.

On the waters edge
The unit was very nice. Great location, clean and tidy and a good price. The balcony was a bit small to enjoy, but it was less than a minutes walk to the water anyway. Would stay again if we are down that way.

This apartment is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is lovely clean well maintained and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Will be returning in future.

Getaway to the boardwalk
For three of us this place was perfect for our weekend away. A little playground along the boardwalk and treetops out of the windows! Everything we needed to cook for ourselves but close by to a local centre if you don't want to.

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY
RIGHT FROM THE START IT WAS ALL VERY EASY. CLARE GOT BACK IN CONTACT FAST AND THE DETAILED CHECKIN PROCEDURE WAS SIMPLY. VERY CLEAN AND LOVELY VIEWS. PITY IT RAINED . I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO FRIENDS.

Falcon Holiday
Lovely little apartment near the lake with a nice walking track on the edge of the lake. Walking distance to shops and Falcon Bay. Well stocked with everything necessary for our stay. The couch needed a good wash, however I imagine there would be a lot of families with young children staying. Other than that everything was lovely.

Perfect place for my purposes
My feedback is based on a 10-night, solo stay in March-April. This new-ish apartment has so many pluses and I enjoyed my time there thoroughly. Comfortable, well fitted out, good security (for apartment itself and garage), and the outlook from the balcony towards the estuary makes you feel like you’re not in a suburban area. There are good walk and bike paths close by. The nearby shopping centre is substantial and only a couple of minutes’ drive away, and it’s just another couple of minutes’ drive from there to Falcon Beach on the coast. Communications with the owner Clare were smooth and easy. Overall, excellent and peaceful accommodation in a very good location.

A home away from home
Super clean and cosy. We even found a box with some extra toys for the kids. Linen and towels provided and staples in the pantry are there for your cooking needs. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for weekend getaway
The apartment & location suited our stay perfectly. It's small but has everything you need. Walking distance to Cafe, supermarket, chemist and other local shops. Only negative would be in a hot summer as there is only air conditioning in the living area not in the bedrooms. But there are floor fans provided in each room.

Fabulous!
The property is beautifully positioned overlooking the Peel Inlet with long water views, wonderful sunrises and very peaceful. The hotel is accommodation is very well appointed with everything we could reasonably want and more. Extremely clean and Clare very responsive answering questions during the booking process. We'll stay again when we're next that way.
