  • This neat and compact 2 x 1 Apartment is downstairs and has a stunning Estuary waterfront view from the living/dining area and large semi-enclosed courtyard.

    Situated on the beautiful Peel Estuary, this Apartment is ideal for a family of 5 or 2 couples and a single.

    For the perfect escape from the city, Falcon has so much to offer.

    This apartment has 1 x Queen bed in the first room, 1 Double bed in the second room, a single rollaway bed, 1 bathroom, Smart TV, WiFi and secure Garage with parking for 1 car.

Beautiful house with a stunning view. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the house.

Well-equipped, neat and easy living space. Conveniently located with a stunning view overlooking the property. We had a great stay and would definitely be back.

Enjoyable and Cleanliness of the Property

We love the place to stay. We the week that we stayed in as it is closed by to the bay and the sea and also to aminities and restaurants. We definitely will come back on this place if we ever come for holiday in Perth WA again. My husband was so relaxed to that apartment in Sanctuary. I would definitely refer to other people this place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

Relaxing place on waterfront, right near walking path, nature and jetty. Excellent for a holiday where you are wanting peace and quiet amongst nature, and away from the hustle and bustle. Host easy to communicate with.

Serene but accessible

We loved staying here. Easy access to town but so quiet and calm near the estuary. What a fabulous little spot. Everything we needed was provided which was a bonus. Thankyou!

Excellent Property in super location

Very well equipped 2-bedroom property with all mod cons (wash machine/dish-washer), great kitchen and terrrace with fine barbeque overlooking estuary, on doorstep. Super place.

You can't always get in on the first time of putting password some time takes 3 to 5 tomes to get in

apart from trouble withe doors all good thank you .Didn't see any property Manger while we where there at all. Over all we had a good time thank you.

Simple and Clean, great location.

I was on a travelling Golf trip with a couple of mates and this apartment suited us to the Tee. Had great ammenities and all the mod cons, with comfortable beds and close to many shops, Cafe, restaurants and Pubs this was the best opportion by far. The fee for 2 nights was extremely reasonable and the Apartment's Manager Clare was professional and timely with all comms Thanks.

A 'back to nature retreat'

A beautiful, peaceful location with amenities close by. Everything one needs has been thought about and provided in clean and modern surroundings. Sharing coffee on the patio with the Twenty-eight parrots - what a treat.! Loved it!!

Family short stay

Neat and clean, comfortably situated and nice view. Everything supplied that we needed. Would recommend. A little smaller than photos appear, but really don't need more for holidays.
