* Driveway parking only — no street or verge parking.**
* No EV, e-bike or e-scooter charging anywhere at the Property.**
* Please treat the Property, furnishings, appliances and gardens with care.
* Report any damage, breakage, leaks or faults promptly.**
* Keep the Property secure and lock doors and accessible windows whenever you leave.
* Do not tamper with electrical, heating, Wi-Fi, smart-home, security or safety equipment.
