I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology.
They offered to move me to an apartment-style room with cookware; however, that room did not have the full water view that I had specifically booked. The staff claimed that Expedia made a mistake in the description, but Expedia would only use the information provided by the hotel, so this explanation was not convincing.
I also asked for some bottled water, and the staff were reluctant to provide it. During my stay, two out of the three lifts was broken, which resulted in long waiting times. Additionally, my room key card repeatedly stopped working and had to be reactivated multiple times.
Overall, the room was not what I expected, the staff were not friendly or helpful, and the location is not convenient for getting to the city. I would not stay at this hotel again.
