Cabaña en Solomon Street

  • Una estancia ejecutiva soleada y espaciosa a corto plazo, cerca de Fremantle con estacionamiento, wifi, lavandería y cocina de chef.

    Cabaña tradicional de tres dormitorios completamente renovada ubicada en la hermosa calle Solomon de Fremantle. Patios soleados, rodeados de altos árboles y jardines con barbacoa, mesa de comedor y tumbonas francesas. Muchas puertas con cierre automático para niños y perritos.

    La cabaña es liviana y ventosa, con excelente aislamiento y valores de eficiencia energética verde, construida en la propiedad durante un proyecto de extensión de 6 meses completado en noviembre de 2012. Esto incluye un sistema de aguas grises de la lavandería, energía solar, ventanas de doble acristalamiento y almacenamiento de calor solar pasivo. Hay ventanas de lamas para alentar la ventilación de la brisa del sudoeste en Fremantle, y la calefacci��n por suelo radiante en la sala de estar y los baños mantendrá las cosas tostadas en invierno. Hay aires acondicionados instalados también.

    La cabaña tiene tres habitaciones, con dos camas dobles y 1 cama individual, así como una cuna portátil. Hay dos baños.

    La gran sala de estar, comedor y cocina tiene tres juegos de amplias puertas francesas que dan al patio privado, perfecto para abrirse y disfrutar de la brisa fresca en su descanso.

    A 5 minutos a pie de algunos de los cafés favoritos de Freo: Lenny the ox y The little Concept, también un supermercado tradicional italiano: Galati Bro's. 10 minutos a pie de la cafetería, tiendas y mercados de Central Freo. El bar de vinos Who's Your Mumma también está a poca distancia.

    Autobús CAT a unos 10 minutos a pie, varias paradas de autobús más cerca de la cabaña.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need and close proximity to the centre of Fremantle and wharf to Rottnest Island. Easy to book and host responded quickly and amiably to all queries. Dishwasher, microwave, large oven and gas stovetop and everything you need in the kitchen. A must stay if you are in Fremantle.

The house was clean and inviting with lots of room for a family. The house was located centrally in Fremantle and it was an easy walk to town. The communication with the host was seamless. I can recommend this property.

Very comfortable and well set up

We found Solomon cottage to be a very comfortable stay .It is well equipped and set up and very clean including great towels and bed linen. It has gardens front and back and good location close to beaches and Fremantle town. Highly recommend for a great Fremantle stay

Fremantle stay

Adult family group over in WA for family holiday. Had a lovely stay in Solomon Street Cottage. Nice comfortable property with everything we needed. Easy walk to pub, wharf & markets. Dog beach& dog park close by. Paved outdoor area & fenced front yard. Good stay for us.

Fremantle stay

Very happy with cottage and location, however we found the beds to be very uncomfortable.Suggest putting some nicer beds for future guests. Would not stay again if the same beds were there.

Overall, really good. Just a few things to br checked: needed to check batteries in the remotes, a couple of lamps didnt work and the air conditioner in room 2 didnt work.

We loved this place!

We absolutely loved this house - 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was great, the size of the kitchen/living/dining area was great for our 11 night stay. Parking on the premises was easy. Communication with the property managers was good. The house was well stocked with items to make your stay as easy and convenient as possible. The house was in a fantastic location - easy-Ish walk in to Fremantle. Pub (The Wray) is only 2 minutes walk away. Overall, we highly recommend it and would love to stay again one day.

Was a fantastic home for our stay of 18 days.

No problem, very easy. So close to Fremantle, great bakery in walking distance. Very comfortable home and beds. Very quiet area. Even over Christmas and new year. Only problem was no air conditioning in main bedroom, but there is standing fan that helps to cool the room on a hot night. Would recommend it.

Nice house, good location but poor communication

House was lovely, reasonably clean but dont look behind the lounge or on top of fridge. Aircon only worked in the main lounge but not in bedroom and it was very hot outside. Fortunately there were some fans. Had to prod the agent for opening instructions and deposit refunds. Great location, generally enjoyed our stay.

Solomon Street Cottage, Fremantle is in a convenient location, with parking space and in walking distance to Fremantle centre and with good road links to the Perth region. It is a period cottage with lots of original features and updated accommodation, equipped with modern furniture and amenities. The kitchen is spacious with a good family stove and fridge and lots of counter space. There is a large dining table with eight chairs, a comfy sofa and two IKEA Poang armchairs for family gatherings around the large flat screen TV. The two bathrooms are well equipped with clean, soft white towels and good quality soaps/shampoos etc. Hot water was in plentiful supply. We used only the two double bedrooms and these were comfortable with clean white bed linen. The road was quiet at night. There was building work taking place at a neighbouring property but only during daytime hours. Occupants in the double bedroom adjacent to the lounge were troubled by mosquito bites but we could not see how they were getting in since all doors and windows are screened. We used the washer and drier in the outhouse once during our stay and these worked well. There are shrubs and trees providing shade in the rear yard with foliage close to the house so there are some cobwebs between these - a natural thing! We enjoyed our stay.
