“A beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check in was easy, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and host!”

“We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise. This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. This place is the former. We were lucky enough to be there when the summer weather wasn't hot. As such were happy to not feel the need to run the AC. Unfortunatley our neighbors were loud and we...

“We had a great stay here. Clean, well-equipped, great location. Hope to come back again!”

“When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.”

“I chose this place at the very last minute. It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. The place was well tended: clean, with towels and extras blankets ready. Howard, the owner, checked on...

“Had a very nice stay. We were in town for the Solid Sound Festival, and its location to North Adams as well as being near Williams College was ideal. A very cozy place to stay for the weekend, with the added bonus of being able to dip our feet into the river behind the house. Also, I recommend stepping into the antique store next door for some kitschsy finds. Would stay again when back in the area.”

“Great place with easy access to town and even better access to a nice spot to hangout by the creek. I will definitely stay here again.”

“La suit de Howard es increíble. Está a unos pasos de las pistas de sky y tiene una hermosa vista a una de ellas. La propiedad está totalmente remodelada y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. La cocina es muy espaciosa y tiene electrodomésticos modernos. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en esta propiedad. Es la mejor suit en la que he estado en Jiminy Peak!”

“Very nice. A few suggestions:- A higher end coffee maker would go a long way, or a latte machine. - Needs a toaster- Instructions on how to work the shower. We could only get the primary shower to work- A table and chairs (for eating a meal) would be good. Otherwise very comfortable and clean, and great location! ”
