For shared use with the holiday homes CKB294 and CKB296 there is a pool with sun deck, as well as facilities for children such as a playhouse, sandpit, seesaw and swing, 8 bicycles for adults, a net for badminton/volleyball, a gazebo with barbecue, an outbuilding on two floors with entertainment such as table tennis, table football, projector with screen for possible presentations, billiards and also a kitchenette and a bathroom.
