“Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite.”

“Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt, sind bei drei Generationen im Tagesablauf gut zurecht gekommen. Jeder konnte auch seine Privatsphäre genießen. Für meine Enkelkinder war der Jacuzzi-Pool ein Traum. Auch die Lage des Hauses war für uns sehr angenehm, etwas Abseits vom Trubel in der Altstadt und doch fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5.”

“Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

“Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können das Appartement daher auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter/Ansprechpartner war in Ordnung, jedoch nur auf englisch oder italienisch möglich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist ganz klar die ruhige Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement ist sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend, relativ neuwertig und bietet (fast) alles was man braucht. Schade...

“Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in mit Diego war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch bei einem Problem ( Arm im Ort gebrochen) war Diego telefonisch sofort erreichbar und gab Hilfe für die medizinische Behandlung.Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmals "mille grazie". Der Pool war sauber und die Villa funktional eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen.”

“Great location in a quiet part of Toscolano Maderno with the lake a 30 second walk away and a 10 minute walk to the town along the lake front and a 5 min walk to a big supermarket. Villa was spotlessly clean, plenty of space with 5 bedrooms (6 if you count the office/ bedroom off the main lounge). “We came with our large family to relax. Just water, sun and relax. The house is really beautiful, especially because the property is quite large and you have everything to yourself. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean. I read that it wasn't suitable for small children, but I felt very comfortable there with my 20-month-old son, who could just walk. “Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

“This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12.”
