The real protagonist of the house is the beautiful panoramic veranda, characterized by large windows that offer a pleasant view of the Pescara skyline and the sea. Here you will find the dining area, a dedicated corner with coffee machine and kettle, as well as the washing machine for greater convenience during your stay. The veranda leads to the large terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers, a perfect space for having breakfast outside, having lunch or dinner on summer evenings, or simply relaxing enjoying the view and the sea breeze. An internal staircase leads to the second level, dedicated to the sleeping area. Here you will find a double bedroom with TV, a second area with a single bed and a second full bathroom, ideal for ensuring greater privacy and comfort even during stays with family or friends.
