“It’s a beautiful property. It’s very relaxing. The owner and his 2 adult children were very attentive , always smiling and ensured we had everything we needed. We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!”

“Very good welcome and services. Fabulous restaurant. Very nice and pretty decoration and garden. But noisy and no cooling devise in bedroom so have to open window on the road side so very noisy. Pity because with cooling device it would have been almost perfect.”

“Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍”

“Los alrededores del Hotel son preciosos. Hay senderos en los bosques y circuitos para moutain bike, aire limpio y verde, puntos panorámicos en la ruta desde Spoleto. Personal muy simpático y disponible, desayuno dulce y no muy abundante. Las habitaciones necesitarían una modernización, sobre todo el cuarto de baño y la ducha.”

“Viaje de pareja senior con coche propio. Hotel bien situado, cerca del pequeño centro histórico. Ubicado en un edificio antiguo aunque el cuarto de baño está remozado. El ascensor es minúsculo. El problema del aparcamiento se resuelve con un pequeño garaje del hotel a 10 euros/día. El personal de recepción es atento aunque de trato un tanto especial. Desayuno correcto.”
