The owner checked quickly the mail, it was easy the arrival time, but I was not allowed to store the bags the last day to pick them up later. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers.
