A few things stand out as especially problematic:Loss of essential facilities — No working toilets or ability to clean up on your last day is a major disruption, not a minor issue. Overflowing dirty water into a lower-level shower is also a health and safety concern.Lack of timely response — Calling several times and only reaching voicemail when the situation is urgent would make anyone feel abandoned.Poor customer service — Finally getting through only to be put on hold because your French “wasn’t good enough” is not acceptable. Language barriers should be handled with patience, not rudeness.
