The property is located directly on the beach, making this a fantastic choice for young families. Sovereign Harbour, formerly known as The Crumbles, is nearby and boasts a cinema, marina, retail park and plenty of eateries. Once you have finished exploring Pevensey’s castle, hop in the car to Battle to soak up more local culture and visit the many independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Step through the welcoming entrance hall and you’ll reach the spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The kitchen is contemporary and fresh, with stylish lighting. In the kitchen you will find an oven/grill, ceramic hob with hood, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher; a round table and chairs nearby seats four. Once you have finished your meal, retire to the inviting lounge to look out to sea from the comfortable sofas . Here guests can sit and relax, while enjoying the spectacular sea views through large sliding windows. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and provides a tranquil feel that compliments the sea view through the window. The second bedroom has twin beds, ideal for children and adults alike. The bedrooms share a fresh and light bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC.

Patio doors open out from lounge to a paved area with garden table and chairs – a lovely place to relax looking over the sea. There is a lawn beyond, and the enclosed garden is ideal for dogs, with a gate opening onto the dog friendly beach at the end. Can be booked with Pebble Beach BT060.
