El personal es muy muy atento y amable, nosotros no hablábamos inglés y aún así se esforzaban mucho para que les entendiéramos y ayudarnos en todo lo posible. A parte, la habitación nos la dieron antes de la hora de entrada para no hacernos esperar, fue todo un detalle. Lo único que desde mi punto de vista podría mejorar un poco es el bufett. Por lo demás un 10. Lo recomiendo.”

“Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable”

“Pros: The hotel facilities are really nice, with an incredibly large pool, very well kept gardens a good breakfast. The beach is very nice and long to walk along. Cons: the hotel is very big and as a consequence there are also many guests making the breakfast room and beach area very busy - no beach sun beds available after 10 since everyone reserves their sunbed. The restaurants of the hotel are a bit overpriced but there are small restaurants nearby so that should not be a problem. All...

“direct at the beach, appartements OK, not more, breakfast not international standard, thai personell was the best during our stay, management with owner not customer friendly, very special mail-communication with management before arrival, very poor location in khao lak, Very large distance to vacation infrastructure for tourists, too far for tourists concerning daily trips and other sightseeing events, definitely NOT to RECOMMEND”

“Alles supi...super schönes Hotel mit sehr schönem Strand.......leider schafft das Personal nicht den Hotelstrand morgens vom Plastikmüll zu reinigen......geschweige die anderen Strandabschnitte zu reinigen.....600 Meter weiter gibt es leider sogar einen kleinen See am Strand der wie eine Mülldeponie aussieht......dem Land fehlt leider das Umweltdenken und eine ordentliche Müllabfuhr.....”
