“My intuition told me to switch this reservation from the start and I should have listened. Not long after making the reservation, I was contacted that the listing was being extended by the existing renters so I was moved to another location at the Host’s expense. I then forwarded this to all that were staying there and it was a complete cluster trying to get this straightened out but eventually did. The biggest issue I had was that I had to “Ask” daily to have them lower the thermostat from 78...

“I booked the castle several of our agencies clients who work in entertainment. We’re a hard group to impress - the actors are used to 5-star accommodations, and I’ve spent time studying the Middle Ages. But every single guest who stayed at or stopped by the property was blown away by the attention to detail, the comfort, and the immersive feel of this rental. Yamil is an exceptional host. He was available to answer questions morning and night, sent videos walking us through the homes features...

There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only wash clothes and one towel. The kitchen has many things with which to cook but missing some key elements. No...
