“While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money”

“Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs...

“Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model.”

“False listing, the unit was poor and in a bad location. We went without power for 2 days. We finally contacted the property owner and he wasn’t willing to help! Thank goodness for the VRBO team who helped get me a refund for 1 night. Save your money DO NOT RENT!!!”

“The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted.”

“Beautiful, brand new studio apartment that looks exactly like the photos. The complex, Village at Montclair, is also impressive: it's newly built, upscale, and includes a pool, gym, lounges, and nicely designed outdoor spaces. The unit was quiet. The host was responsive by message and kindly offered early check in.
